I started to work with Mandy to get clarity and accountability for a specific project - launch a brand new podcast and coaching business. I already own a busy consultancy company which has several different projects being completed all at once. I felt I needed some additional support to get this additional project off the ground.
Each week, my accountability pod, meets on Zoom to look at what activities we have achieved the previous week, what actions are outstanding and then agree what needs to be prioritised moving forward. Mandy has a brilliant ability to bring focus to the activities that I have missed or bring my attention back to the task at hand.
Without Mandy's help and support I know that I wouldn't have launched my podcast and would have allowed myself to get distracted along the way (like I have so many times). The sessions gave me the structure, clarity and accountability that I needed to take steady and consistent action.
